Which Journey Will You Take?

ADDITIVE FREE ・ STONE OVEN ROASTED

Each varietal of Sueño de Atzo Tequila is a journey into ancient Aztec lore. Before you embark, here are tasting notes sure to make the trek as smooth as our artisanal tequila.

Sueño de Atzo ・ Blanco

Tasting Notes: Blood orange, vanilla, and hints of sugar cookie and honey.

New to Tequila? ➤ If you’re usually a vodka drinker, you’ll appreciate the purity of this un-aged varietal. It’s bright and crisp flavor allows the sweet, slow-roasted agave to shine.

Sueño de Atzo ・ Reposado

Tasting Notes: Dates, citrus cake, wild cinnamon and a whiff of oak.

New to Tequila? ➤ If you’re usually a whiskey drinker, you’ll love the peppery notes in our Reposado — the result of aging in an oak barrel for 9 months.

Sueño de Atzo ・ Añejo

Tasting Notes: Charred agave, warming spice, and honeyed orange peel.

New to Tequila? ➤ If you generally drink barrel-aged spirits, you’ll enjoy the smoothness of this agave-forward varietal. As such, our añejo is proudly aged 24 months. Fun fact: Añejo gets its name from the year plus it spends maturing in an oak barrel.

Sueño de Atzo ・ Extra Añejo

Tasting Notes: Toffee, butterscotch, dried cherries, oak, and Mexican chocolate.

New to Tequila? ➤ Little compares to an Extra Añejo, however, if you like to sip reserve whisky and bourbon, you will appreciate the complex, toasty notes in a neat glass of this remarkably mature varietal.
